I’m sure I don’t need to extol the virtues of a Mexican night in the summer…. cold margaritas accompanying zesty guacamole and flavorful fajitas usher in the end to a lazy beach day perfectly.

Mango and Raspberry Sangria for Mexican Night

Mango and Raspberry Sangria de Cava: Sparkling Rose Wine infused with Mango and Raspberries and each glass topped off with a splash of 7 Up.

All the recipes were great, but this grilled taco and lime chicken was exceptionally delicious
